Terms of Use

Terms & Condition 銷售條款:

1.      買方於繳付訂金後，代表確認接受下列條款，未經本公司同意，買方不得擅自取消訂單。

2.      貨品之產權歸本公司所有，直至買方全數繳清貨款為止。

3.      所有貨品及訂金不設退款，如發現出售之貨品有損壞，買方可以在收貨後三日內以書面形式通知本公司，本公司會安排換貨。

4.      安裝前，買方有責任檢查貨品，本公司將不會負責任何因更換貨品產生的費用 (例如產品安裝費及運輸費)。

5.      貨品可享有一年保養期。本公司只提供在保養期內更換壞貨服務，並不包括上門維修服務，買方需承擔退換貨費用。

Terms and Conditions

1.      Buyer accepts all above terms and "General Sales terms condition" and the invoice will become a binding contract which cannot be cancelled without Seller's consent.

2.       The property of the goods shall remain with the Seller until payment in full for the goods by the Buyer.

3.      Goods sold and deposit paid are not returnable/refundable.  The buyer must send written notice to the seller within 3 days after delivery, for claims on any detective goods.

4.      Buyer should check and test all goods before installation.  Seller is not responsible for any cost incurred for replacing defective goods.

5.      One year Warranty is given for the goods sold.  Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper deployment, misuse and accidents.  This warranty is valid for the replacement of dysfunctional parts only.  Surface painting/coating of products are not included in this warranty.  Seller will provide repairment service for the defective goods.

6.      Seller does not provide door to door maintenance service and only provide defective goods exchange service.  Buyer will be charged with delivery cost for defective goods in the warranty period and must provide return of defective goods at the point of exchange.

Delivery terms:

Delivery times will be considered as approximate and not specific.  Possible delays in the delivery will not be in any case an acceptable reason for cancelling the order.

In case of loss or damage during transport, claims will be made with carrier, being excluded from any liability of the company Star Galaxy Lighting Limited on the matter.

General:

The company Star Galaxy Lighting Limited reserves the right to modify any lighting fittings without giving previous notice.

Returns:

No goods return will be accepted if not previously agreed and authorized by Star Galaxy Lighting Limited. Any return of goods will have to be shipped to our warehouse in original packing and without any damage.

Warranty:

Products are covered by 1 year warranty, starting from the date of sales invoice.  In any case the liability of Star Galaxy Lighting Limited will be limited to merely replacement or fixation of the faulty item. In no cases that any reimbursement, cost related to installation, uninstallation and transportation can be claimed.
